You agree to pay the delivery fee to Megala Dire
The restaurant receives your food payment directly
We process and deliver your order from the restaurant to you

3.2 Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Important: Once an order is confirmed by the restaurant, it cannot be canceled. This is because:

The restaurant begins food preparation immediately
Our delivery team is dispatched promptly
Resources are committed to fulfilling your order

4. Delivery Service

Our delivery service includes:

Professional handling of your food order
Timely delivery to your specified location
Quality assurance during transportation

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and other factors, and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

5. Payment Terms

Food costs: Paid directly to the restaurant
Delivery fee: Paid to Megala Dire for our service
